Oklahoma company reaches out to City of Rudd to donate tornado siren

Joe Goddard Enterprises heard about how volunteer firefighter Tyler Hicks courageously operated that siren as the tornado bore down on the town, and have reached out to the city about donating a refurbished, modern Federal Signal siren.
